The following 11 cases are all showing in the client search and in ad hoc reports as currently in the

Domestic Infant Waiting Family Active (OLD) group. However, when we go in to the case, this group is
not checked and not open in group dates, so we are unable to take them out of that group/close that
group:

The Zorzi family has been withdrawn since 2013. They are still showing up in the Domestic Infant
Waiting Family Active (old) group, even though the group is not checked and there is no group date for
that group.

This family also shows up in the Domestic Infant Waiting Family Active (old) group, even though the
group is not checked and there is no group date for that group.

The Sekela family also shows up in the Domestic Infant Waiting Family Active (old) group, even though
the group is not checked and there is no group date for that group.

The Beugel family also shows up in the Domestic Infant Waiting Family Active (old) group, even though
the group is not checkd. The group date section does not show up for either of the Beugel family cases.
The Letson/Benton family also shows up in the Domestic Infant Waiting Family Active (old) group,
even though the group is not checked. The group date section correctly reflects a start and end date for
this group:

The Roberts family shows 3 current groups when searching, however when I look in their group list, only
Assessments on Hold and Domestic Infant on Hold are checked. I cant take this family out of the
Domestic Infant Waiting Family Active (old) group. There are also no group date entries for the waiting
family active (old) group.
The Toothaker case 27226 is only checked for the Domestic Infant Placement (VA) Active group, but
also shows the Waiting Family Active (Old) group.

The Green/Stephens case 26342 also shows the Domestic Infant Waiting Family Active (OLD) group
when it is not checked or open in group dates.

Tene Dolphins case also shows the Domestic Infant Waiting Family Active (OLD) group when it is not
checked or open in group dates.
Michele Mooreheads case also shows the Domestic Infant Waiting Family Active (OLD) group when it is
not checked or open in group dates.

The Eaton Familys case also shows the Domestic Infant Waiting Family Active (OLD) group when it is not
checked or open in group dates.
