Division – Roche Professional Services
Further, just as our body needs support of our spine to stand upright and firm, similarly our sales also has to be backed by
very strong and prompt services. To take care of service function we have, Roche Professional Services, which is the
technical arm of Professional Diagnostics. This division has a dedicated team of technical qualified professionals, who
provides the technical, application and service related support to our customers all across the country.
With our core principal being Service to patients & customers, we are relentlessly trying to provide undeterred services to
them. To further upgrade the quality and promptness of service, we have RPS Online. It is a very efficient setup that
empowers our technical and application professionals to serve our customers promptly and aptly. It receives and transmits
customer complaints to the Roche or Roche’s partner’s field personnel for immediate actions. It records the complaint in a
specially developed CRM called “PRISMA Clarify”.

Exposure
Engineer Trainee programme is a one year details programme framed to give the incumbent a complete knowledge and
enhance skills pertaining to products aswell as service. The traineeship is divided into 3 modules and 2 projects:

• Module 1- Service Process, Products - Training on Processes, Products – This will be a combination of classroom
and individual training by the project guide.
• Project 1 - Service System – measures to increase efficiency
• Module 2- Customer Service and Operations- Training on Break down and preventive maintenance,
Installations and commissioning, Job shadowing with the seniors covering various customers over the entire
region. .Training on clarify systems, proclarify, business processes and also on customer management by the
project guide.
• Project 2- Key Learning's on Customer Service
• Module 3- Field Exposure
Trainees will be given an a location to report for exposure of different territories. Trainees to manage a particular
location , as given by the project guide in discussion with the Business Head.

Trainee after the completion of the training period, that is after one year is required to undergo a performance
review. Based on your performance and requirement of the organization, trainee shall be thereafter absorbed
as a regular employee of the company, wherein the terms and conditions of employment will be as per the
policy of the Company. Completion of Traineeship does not result into any confirmations. Confirmations are
purely based on performance review results and the additional resource requirement within the company at
the particular time.
