Automatic Coffee, Drinks, and Snacks Machines Consumer Behaviour Report 2015

In 2015, the EVA commissioned a survey into the behaviour of consumers in relation to vending
machines. The online survey was carried out by CANADEAN.

The report provides a valuable insight into range of factors, and is comprised of a European
Summary report and specific report on responses for 11 countries.

Spending behaviour, including average weekly spend and means of payment;
Hot beverage consumption (all occasions),* including type of beverage consumed;
Factors desired to create a quality coffee experience; *
Most important coffee features desired (i.e. certified, brand etc); *
Consumer attitudes towards coffee quality; *
Reasons for drinking coffee-based drinks, and likely purchase of other coffee features or
drinks; *
Most frequent location of coffee consumption, and frequent method of preparation;
Hot beverage consumption at work number of drinks and type of beverage;
Attitudes towards quality of coffee in the workplace;
Satisfaction with coffee in the workplace;
