FEATURES:
All DeltaTron products operate on constant-
current line-drive principles

DeltaTron is the generic name for the

new family of accelerometers and sig-
nal conditioning products from
Brel & Kjr. The DeltaTron name
identifies products that are designed to
operate on a constant-current power
supply and to give output signals in
the form of voltage modulation on the
power supply line.
The DeltaTron range described in
this Data Sheet comprises:
Piezoelectric accelerometers with
integral preamplifiers. 4394
Charge converter for use with con-
ventional accelerometers.
Power supply/adaptor for use with 4395 4396
Brel & Kjr Signal Analyzers and
other instruments with 7-pin micro-
phone inputs.
All DeltaTron accelerometers are
individually calibrated and a calibra-
tion chart showing the individually
measured frequency response curve is 2646
provided with each accelerometer.
In addition to the products described
in this Data Sheet, Brel & Kjr also
supply DeltaTron accelerometers for
permanent industrial installations, a
comprehensive range of Delta Shear
piezoelectric accelerometers and a wide
range of signal conditioning amplifiers.
Details of these products are given in 4397 4398 4399
their respective Product Data sheets.
