Professional Experience
Own and manage up to 15 simultaneous customer engagements from emerging startups all
the way up to Fortune 500 companies, implementing Applause SaaS and seamlessly
integrating our Testing Community into the client's current SDLC and QA efforts.
Perform initial discovery of a clients QA gaps and build up a customized Applause solution
to deliver the value they need to improve their quality, release better validated products and
drive process improvements.
Engage directly with all levels of company leadership to develop strong customer
relationships, and be a thought leader in identifying and resolving complex customer and
project issues.
Continuously balance customer satisfaction with the effective management of risk, scope
and budget across the lifetime of the clients projects.
Lead QA Engineer
Lightweight, waterproof, and compact, Lily Camera is the world's first throw and shoot flying
camera drone that seamlessly and automatically follows your every move. Hired to
implement and supervise a 5-person QA team from scratch. Built the entire full-functionality
testing program from the ground up, and through rigorous test case creation and execution
successfully led my team to a recent Beta launch of the product.
Firmware QA Engineer
Planned and executed all aspects of the testing phase, monitoring and maintaining
compliance with tight budget and time requirements, and managed these efforts and a team
of on-site and overseas QA Team members in the US and Korea.
Participated hands-on in multiple releases of several very distinct categories of projects:
Equil Smart Pens, Web Collaboration Tools and Smart Whiteboard Capture software.
Ensured proper communication and functionality between the Equil SmartPen firmware and
physical interface and its corresponding mobile software application.
A Quality Assurance Test Engineer responsible for developing and documenting new
procedures for the QA process and best practice documents. Wrote functional test cases to
reflect changes in the application's UI, specs, and requirements.
Conducted functional acceptance testing of our eBeam Edge and Engage hardware and
firmware, including:
-Establishing solid Bluetooth 2.0 and 3.0 connections and verifying range.
-Verifying proper mapping of all the physical buttons on the devices.
-Ensuring strong Ultrasonic communication between the receiver and the stylus.
