Jeremiah walked to the dramatic play area and bent down to where the dishes container was and pulled out three plates and
placed two on the table with his right hand and turned around to where the play microwave was and put the one remaining plate
inside the microwave and placed his pointer finger on the numbers printed on the microwave and pushed it and looked around for
a second and then opened the play microwave door and said, All done.

Jeremiah was sitting on the carpet in the block center and was playing with the wooden blocks and he counted out loud 16 blocks
as he was stacking them one by one with his right hand.

Description/Photograph:

Jeremiah stepped up on the three step stool in the classroom to wash his hands. Jeremiah turned the water handle on with is right
hand and stuck both his hands under the running water and then reached with his right hand to push the soap out of the dispenser.
Jeremiah put both his hands together and rubbed the soap in between his fingers as he started singing his alphabet song, all the
way to the end. When Jeremiah finished singing he rinsed his hands off and grabbed a paper towel and dried his hands and tossed
it in the garbage.

Jeremiah wrote an upper case E using his right hand in a fist position as he wrote with sidewalk chalk on the ground outside and
said, Look I made a D. The teacher told Jeremiah he made an upper case E. Jeremiah said, Upper case E?

Description/Photograph:
During activity time Jeremiah put his right foot up and put it on the stepper and held the rope up tight to his waist, holding the rope
tight with his hand in a fist position. Then Jeremiah put up his left foot and did the same thing. Jeremiah started walking forward
placing each leg forward, one at a time. Jeremiah made five steps before his foot came off the stepper.

Description/Photograph:

At outside playtime we set up an obstacle course with different color cones. Jeremiah was commanded to run to the
red cone and touch it. Jeremiah ran to the red cone and touched it with both hands. Jeremiah waited for his name to
be called after some of his friends had their turn. When Jeremiah name was called to walk backwards to the yellow
cone and stand next to it without touching it. Jeremiah walked backwards and made to the cone and didnt touch it.
