REGISTRATION FEE : Rs 1500/-

TIME : 8:00 a.m. onwards

VENUE : Christ ICSE ground

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• 12 minute each half.


• 5 minutes of break (i.e. 12+5+12)
• Teams advised to come in proper sports kit and common dress code.
• 8 members each team(5 on field and 3 reserves)
• Max of 2 teams per church.
• The matches will be played on knock out basis.

Specific Rules:

Players:

• Each player should register his name into a single team.


• Age limit of the players should be 16 years and above.
• Team of 8 players including goalkeeper (5 + 3 substitutes).
• Rolling substitutions can be made during the match within the 8 players’ names given in the
players list.
• Substitutions can be made by informing the referee & after the substituted player leaves
the field.
• Goalkeeper can change within the 8-team members by informing the referee.
• To start a match, a team should have a minimum of 4 players including the goalkeeper. If a
team has less than 4 players to start the match, then walkover will be awarded to the
opponent.
• Violation of any of the rules will be subjected to the final decision of the organizing
committee after consulting with the concerned persons.

The Ball In and Out of PIay:

• There will be no throw in, instead there will be kick in from the side lines.
• Scoring a goal from inside the ‘D’ is allowed. The defender or opponent can enter the ‘D’for
scoring /defending.
• No goal kick - Instead, the goal keeper will roll the ball by hand (underarm only) from inside
the ‘D’ area.
• During a free kick, opponents to stand minimum 3feet from the ball.

General rules:

• All matches will commence from 8 am onwards.


• The team must report 30 minutes prior to the scheduled match time to sign the register and
for briefing.
• Any request for postponement or change of match timing will not be entertained.
• No player will be allowed to enter the ground wearing any jewellery like rings, chain, and
watches.
• In case a team does not report 15 minutes from the scheduled start time; a penalty kick will
be awarded against the defaulting team. In case of further delay, a walkover will be awarded
to the opponent.
• The organizers have the right to reject any entry without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• The decision of the referee will be final in all respects of the game.
• Other laws/rules as per FIFA regulations and will be briefed by the referee.
• In case of injury or unforeseen circumstance emerges and if a team wants to induct or
register new players into the already registered team, they should obtain written permission
from the organizers.
• The organizing committee may at their discretion be able to postpone/alter the time of a
match due to unavoidable circumstances.
• The Captain is responsible to ensure that the players whose names are given in the
registration form should carry their photo ID cards to the venue and produce the same on
demand for verification before the respective matches.
• The Hard copy of the registration form should have the signature and all the details duly
filled and to be submitted on or before 15th of September 2019
• The Organizers is not responsible for any injuries to players. Only first aid will be given. First
aid material will be available at the venue.
• Organizers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the participants. It is
requested that each participant should take care of their personal belongings & safety of the
same.
• Maximum number of teams will be accommodated on first come first serve basis ( on the
discretion of the organisers )
• The list of names in the registration form should be certified by the respective church vicar.
• If at all a complaint is to be lodged, it should be lodged in writing with the attestation /
confirmation by the Parish Priest within ten minutes after the completion of the concerned
team match. A nominal fee of Rs.250.00 (non refundable) per complaint will be charged.

Infringement:

• If any team walks out of the ground on protest during the playtime, the teams will be
disqualified from the tournament.
• If a player is found playing rough and using foul language on the ground or misbehaving with
the referee, a red card will be shown which will lead to suspension of the player for that
particular match or may be for the next match depending upon the offence & on the
referee’s decision. Replacement for the suspended player will be allowed after 5 minutes of
suspension or if a goal is scored during the suspension period. (Based on referee’s decision).
The team has to play with only seven players for the particular match.
• If any player / players / team man handles the opponent during the match or even after the
match in the premises of the venue suspension will be given to the player/players /team for
the next match or disqualified from the tournament.
• This is the discretion of the organizers & the tournament committee.
• Except the players and officials, no one can enter the field during the match.
• The decision of the referee will be final in all matters during the match. No protest will be
entertained against referee’s decision.
