As I tracked my calories throughout a day, I tried to start off the say with a healthy low
calorie breakfast. For most of my meals I drank water, which I tend to prefer more than any
other drink. I occasionally drink OJ, and Raspberry Iced Tea. Throughout this entire week, I
noticed that the busier my day was, the less calories I consumed, but the calories I did consume
