As I tracked my calories throughout a day, I tried to start off the say with a healthy low

calorie breakfast. For most of my meals I drank water, which I tend to prefer more than any

other drink. I occasionally drink OJ, and Raspberry Iced Tea. Throughout this entire week, I

noticed that the busier my day was, the less calories I consumed, but the calories I did consume

were unhealthy. I also noticed I hardly ever ate any greens! I plan on changing this now that I

realized it through this project.

Goals:

1. Integrate more greens into my daily meals. Instead of grabbing a cheeseburger during

lunch at work, grab a chicken salad.

2. Eat healthier calories. I fall short on calories sometimes, and the little calories I did

consume, were unhealthy.

3. Continue tracking calories to meet the recommended amount for my body and not over

consume.
