Subject: BUSINESS PROPOSAL FOR U-VISION

Dear Sir,

It was indeed a pleasure having meeting with you during your visit to Lahore. As discussed
during meeting, please find below our business proposal to market your products in
Pakistan on long term basis.

PHASE-I

Sale of U Vision products made in South Korea

Following mechanism is suggested to market and sell your products throughout Pakistan
which are made in South Korea. A comprehensive market strategy to be prepared with your
consultation which may include the following,

i. Assessment of total demand of U-Vision products in Pakistan.


ii. Preparation of comparative price statement of identical products in Pakistan.
iii. Preparation of comparative statement indicating quality edge of U-Vision products.
iv. Establishment of marketing cell comprising professionals to launch U-Vision
products.
v. Preparation of marketing campaign through print and electronic media.
vi. Establishment of display centre in commercial area.
vii. Set goals to sell products on monthly/ quarterly and annual basis.
viii. Ways and means to bring the prices of U-Vision products competitive after due
consultation with u-vision experts.
ix. Identification of potential markets, organizations, housing schemes, Industrial units,
Industrial estate etc.
x. Focus and strike the most potential customer with utmost precision and
professional zeal.
xi. Any other proposal as and when required to achieve the ultimate goal.
PHASE II

Sale of U- Vision Products Assembled In Pakistan

To optimize sale and bring prices of U-Vision Products competitive it is imperative to


assemble these products in Pakistan. To achieve this goal following is proposed
i. We dedicate and prepare a workshop and shed at our Sunder works to Assemble U-
Vision products locally.
ii. Install necessary machinery to assemble such products.
iii. Induct necessary technical staff to ensure Assembly and quality control of products.
iv. To prepare and establish ware houses for incoming units and finished products.
v. Preparation of necessary documents with consultation of U-Vision Experts to keep
record of components and finished products.
vi. Any other Technical feedback required to establish such Assembly Line.

PHASE III.

Sale of U Vision Products Manufactured and Assembled in Pakistan

i. As a first step establish a group of vendors capable to produce accessories as per


standard of U- vision.
ii. Install necessary equipment and machinery as a second step to manufacture in-
house all such accessories
iii. Assembly of units as per standard of U-Vision.
iv. Above proposal are general lay out which can be further refined to bring in further
details of business activities including Finance and Accounting procedures and other
nitty grittys of Operating Procedures.
