SETIA TEGUH BERSEPADU SDN. BHD. is formerly involved in manufacturing and

distribution of construction materials upon our establishment in 2010. As the demand on the
accommodation increase, we have change our main interest into becoming one of the
specialized construction company in Malaysia. Within short period of time, Setia Teguh
Bersepadu Sdn Bhd has been recognised as highly specialized civil and structural engineering
firm in Malaysia. With this recognition, our company has been able to secure a number of
projects in the upstream sector of the construction company. The scope of projects that we are
capable of includes architectural design and construction of bridges, tunnel, residential area,
and roads.

Services provided in our company:

1) Building construction
Residential development such as high-rise apartments, condominiums, terrace
houses, semi-D unit and bungalows.
Commercial development such as office, office towers, shopping malls, five
star hotels, shop office and multi storeys shop house.
Industrial development such as factories, warehouses, petrochemical plants,
storage tank, recycling plant, water treatment plant and so on.
Other structures such as airport hangers, stadiums, hospitals, college campus,
government complexes and religious buildings.

2) Foundation and Earth analysis

Various piled foundations according to specified size and shape of buildings.

Ground treatment for defect soil to reduce problems in constructions and to
maintain the life time of the structure.
Earth retaining structures such as retaining wall along the highway and at the
residential area which located near to high land.

3.0 PROJECT BRIEF

On 25th March 2015, our company had been assigned by GJH Holding to develop a new
residential area about 800 acres at Ayer Keroh, Melaka. The new residential area will be
named as Taman Muzaffar Height II. The new residential area consists of 25 units of
bungalow. Our company was assigned to design and construct the bungalow. The cost for
this project is about RM30 billion. Dimension for each of the bungalow is about 49 39
and consist of 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, have garden site, 1 living rooms, and 1 family room.
The duration for completing the construction is 24 months, starting from 21st January 2016
until 21st January 2018.
