Micaela L. Scribd used to be unlimited and now it isn't. That part I could live with but
1 review the new app is clumsy and difficult to filter--you often end up with some BS

Joseph B. Scribd has withdrawn funds from my account without permission for 7

1 review UPDATE REVIEW: Customer service is very polite and they will refund you
1 helpful vote (only for 3 months though, so make sure you cancel/unsubscribe as you
don't want to use the service anymore). I still think they should notify
customers via an email or e-receipt that they withdraw money from your

1 review account, and same time credited it, but 9th June also scribd debit $8.99

Jessica R. I did respond. It took them a couple days but i was refunded my money
1 review back. Thank you. It would be better if you had a customer service number

Yashwini N. On 29th april 2017, I subscribed for one month free trial on scribd. Today
1 review (29 may 2017) , 8.99 $ were automatically debited from my bank account
2 helpful votes without my permission and my subscription is renewed without notifying or
