Awarded a grant to create an experimental documentary film “Bristol Bay Diary 2007”. Film has re-
cently been completed and is now being submitted to film festivals.

DOCUMENTARY PROJECTS & COLLABORATIONS

All that Glitters 2008, documentary, 12 minutes. Producer/Shooter/Editor
A Video Diary project about Bristol Bay, Alaska, the largest, and last commercial salmon fishery of it’s
size in the world. The video an exploration of personal experiences and thoughts, wild salmon and
the people that are connected to it. Gathered Oral Histories with Fishermen and Aleut Elders.

Hoop Convergence 2008, documentary, to be released March 2008 Producer/Shooter/Editor

Spent a week documenting the world’s first Hoop-Dance Conference. Setup and recorded 50 inter-
views, gathered B-roll and shot sequences to create a 10 minute video with an internet-broadcast
package and a DVD to distribute to the members of the Hooping community.

A Gathering of Tradition 2007, documentary, 8 minutes. Shooter

Gathered b-roll, interviews and timelapse sequences over a 3 day event. Consulted the lead editor in
Final Cut Pro and final output to DVD.

Exploring the Chiswell Ridge 2007, documentary, 5 minutes. Producer/Shooter/Editor

Produced, Shot and Edited a video for Kenai Fjords Tours and the Alaska Department of Fish and
Game. The video is an educational piece about the underwater creatures of the Chiswell Ridge,
Alaska, told through interviews with scientists and never before seen underwater footage. Spent sev-
eral days aboard a research vessel, shooting HDV, gathering time-lapse material, and working with
an underwater camera to record footage of rarely seen fish and invertebrates. Edited the piece using
FCP and scored it using Soundtrack Pro.

Offering Hi-Definition video production and multi-media services to a wide base of clients in the arts,
environmental, government and science industries.

Videographer, Alaska Department of Fish & Game, March 2003 - March 2007
Worked as an in-house producer/shooter/editor for a team of cutting-edige scientists and educators
about Alaskan ecosystems and wildlife. Notable projects include the creation of radio and television
broadcast PSA’s and a web-based field guide to Alaskan marine invertebrates.
