Conducted a successful analysis on Transmission Line subcontractors and brought to light a serious
flaw wherein the sub contractors bills were being passed in excess of the contract value.
Handled compliance of Accounting Standard 7 ( AS 7 for Construction contracts) and prepared Cost
to GO for each project.
Standardised templates for Budgeting, Costing and ERP by adopting and implementing uniform
codes.
Developed MIS system for reporting KPIs.

Corporation Japan & Kobelco Construction Machinery Corporation Japan)
Streamlined and corrected the inventory valuation system in the software in conformity with
Accounting Standards.
Prepared the Business Dossier for obtaining Working Capital Limit to expand business operations
and achieve healthy cash flows. Got the limit of Rs 28 crores sanctioned, enhanced to Rs. 52 crores.
Handled budgets of Rs. 200 Crores Revenue
Successfully convinced the auditors on various issues like sales tax exposure on high sea sales,
revenue recognition and inventory valuation. Ensured compliance to Internal Audit
recommendations.
Streamlined the system of booking import purchases in the financial records .

viable. Got the US client to revise the contract price of the process to make it viable.
