European-oriented auctioneer software product. It will be released in late 2017.

undergoing a major expansion across the Atlantic. The initiative is possible through a strategic sales
partnership with Bidpath, a leading global online bidding software platform. Together, Bidpath and
Wavebid will be offering Wavebid's first European-oriented auctioneer software product. It will be
released in late 2017.

Bidpath and Wavebid have maintained a strategic partnership for many years. This expansion gives
Bidpath the exclusive right to market Wavebid across the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and South
Africa as a standalone product. At the same time, current relationships with other bidding providers will
