three fact tables and 23 deferent dimension tables . Create bar charts for number of tickets resolved and not met
by user group and create total count of tickets raise in a week ,assigned to department ,category wise analysis
,Region level severity ,How much time to take the resolved kind of analysis done

ROBII Initiatives focuses on optimizing the performance of the OBIEE reports. It helps in bridging the gaps between
