Kathmandu Engineering College is a renowned college of Engineering in Nepal. We the students of KEC
Boys Hostel have been conducting several programs in the past. This year also we have decided to
conduct Intra-college Futsal Tournament.

For this purpose we have been seeking several sponsorship opportunities. We have known that Gorkha
Brewery has been supporting such events to encourage and promote public involvement. So we would
kindly request Gorkha Brewery to sponsor this grand event (Unity Futsalcup 2074).

Any kind of sponsorship provided will help the companys publicity among the students of the college
and outside the college premises too.Indeed, it will certainly helps in marketing of the product.

We have estimated the following expenses for the event.

Booking of Futsal for 2days=Rs 20000

Sports equipments=Rs 5000

Trophy and Medals=Rs 15000

First aid Kits=Rs 3000

Glucose and Energy Drinks=Rs 7000

So, we kindly request the company to sponsor us the funds needed to make this event a grand success.
