Process flow JSOX approved


1. Dealer requests the access to GASS v2 DFE to the corresponding Local Helpdesk.
2. Local Helpdesk completes the form and sends it for approval to Nissan Business Local Approver.
3. Local Business Approver authorises the access and sends to Local Dealer Training dept. for training confirmation.
4. Dealer Training confirms the Dealer has been trained in the usage of GASS v2 DFE and B2B Portal and sends back the form to
Local Approver
5. Local Approver sends the form to Central Helpdesk (CHD) central.helpdesk@nissan-europe.com
6. CHD raises a ticket, updates the form with the ticket no. and assigns it to Sap Helpdesk. (AMIE IS/IT GASS BASIS group in
ServiceNow) GASS.TECH.SAP.SUPPORT@nissan-europe.com
7. SAP Helpdesk creates / modifies user in GASS DFE
8. SAP Helpdesk sends detailed role created to Local approver to confirm access granted
9. Local Approver confirms role definition to SAP Helpdesk
10. SAP Helpdesk confirms new account / modification to Local Helpdesk.
11. Local Helpdesk send s confirmation to Dealer.
12. SAP Helpdesk send s confirmation to CHD.
13. CHD closes the ticket.

indicate the access that you require for the different SAP environments.

Use of form: One form per access request. For example if a user requires access to both Production and Test then they must complete two forms.
