QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education : Bachelor of Laws

Training : 36 hours relevant training

Experience : 4 years professional experience

Eligibility : RA 1080 (Lawyer)

Basic Function: Provides technical support services by performing tasks that

require in-depth knowledge and experience in an operation
process; works within defined standard operating procedures
and adhere to quality guidelines to maximize the
efficiencies/implementation of formulating legal actions and
strategies for the prosecution, handling and management of
criminal, quasi-judicial, administrative, Committee on Decorum
and Investigation (CODI) cases.

Competencies: Must have excellent written and oral communication skills;

knowledgeable in legal management and investigation.

Other factors that would be considered are competence and knowledge of the
job; critical / logical thinking; leadership; personality/interpersonal skills;
communication skills (verbal and written), and for internal applicants, Performance
Appraisal Ratings for the last two (2) rating periods.
