The 0105GA, of PremiWELDrange of clothing, has been

designed to protect workers against mechanical and
thermal risks. Resistant and durable, it can be worn
alone or in addition to the other products of the Premi-
WELD line for more hazardous applications.

Mechanical wash not allowed. DO NOT use bleach. DO NOT tumble dry, natural dry. Do not iron. Dry NOT dry clean.

Storage Information
Equipment must be kept in the original packaging in a cool and dry place, not dusty, far from heat sources and far from direct
sunlight. Carefully keep the instructions below that appear on the label of the equipment for maintenance purposes.

Care Instructions
For washing, read carefully the indications mentionned in the "life cycle" paragraph.

Limitation of use
Before use, please read carefuly instruction manual. Attention shall be drawn to the possible hazards of improper use. The level
of protection against flame will be reduced if the item are contaminated with flammable materials like fuel, paint or solvents. An
increase in the oxygen content of the air will reduce considerably the protection of the item against flame. Attention should be
taken when welding in confined spaces, user should use fresh air supply or must have good ventilation. The electrical insulation
provided by item will be reduced when the item is wet, dirty or soaked with sweat. For operational reasons not all welding
voltage carrying parts of arc welding installations can be protected against direct contact. The garment is only intended to protect
against brief inadvertent contact with live parts of an arc welding circuit, and that additional electrical insulation layers will be
required where there is an increased risk of electric shock.

Warning
Garment only protect the part of the body actually covered, in dis case hands. The welding suit, apron, sleeves and gaiters are
elements of additional protection to be worn over the welding suit when using the gloves. For complete protection against risks
faced by welders, it is necessary that PPE covered by other standards are worn in addition to protect the head, vision, face, hands
and feet. The user should not in any way remove clothes when it is still in a work marked as area at risk. Product features
indicated are guaranteed only if the garments are of the right size, are correctly worn (left and right), fastended up, and in a
perfect conditions. Before use, user must conduct visual inspection of the product to make sure that equipment is clean, in
perfect condition and it has not suffered any structural damage. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damages or
consequences resulting from an incorrect use of the product, or in case of any modifications made on the product by end user.

Intended usage:

General description:
This product is intended to be used for medium handling and light
welding processes like MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG, micro plasma,
spot and gas welding as well as plasma and oxygen cutting,
gouging, brazing and thermal arc spraying. Because applications
vary, it is the users responsibility to identify the right product for
each application.
Identified hazards:
With the welding processes of intended use the following hazards
are indentified: flames, spatter of molten material, radiant heat as
well as short term electrical shock.
High voltage:
This product protects against short term electrical shock and not
against long term high voltages! Welding and cutting machines
can cause these so follow the safety instructions of the machines
used as well! When there is an increased risk of shock or electrical
live parts additional electrical insulation will be required as is
indicated under 6.10 of the EN11611 for protection against live
electrical conductors up to 100 V = (DC).

Body protection:
This product protects only hand for working and welding. It could
be possible that extra protection products are required for other
body parts. It is the responsibility of the user to identify that.
Additional garments:
Additional garments used together with sleeves for body
protection shall meet at least Class 1 of the EN11611.

Health information:
The pH, Chromium (VI) and PCP levels of all materials have been
tested and meet CE health standards. Coloring: coloring is done by
using natural materials
Washing, drying and ironing:
Mechanical wash not allowed. DO NOT use bleach. DO NOT tumble
dry, natural dry in shade. Do not iron. Dry NOT dry clean
Storage:
Store in dry place and at temperature over 4C. Do not stack higher
than 5 cartons on 1 pallet.
Warrantee:
This product is warranted against manufacturing defects in material
before usage.
The level of protection will be reduced if the welders protective
clothing is contaminated with flammable materials or washed.
Level of oxygen:
Increase of oxygen in the air will reduce considaribly the
protection of the welders protective clothing. Care should be taken
when welding in confined places. Air enriched with oxygen can
be dangerous!
Electrical isolation:
The electrical isolation provided by the clothing will be reduced
when the clothing is wet, dirty or soaked in sweat.
Use of 2-piece paired clothing:
When 2-piece paired clothing is used both items shall be worn
together in pair to provide the specified level of protection
Additional body protection during welding:
Additional body protection used with this product during welding
must meet the appropriate EN standard for welding hazards.
Limitations for use:
This leather work gloves is to be used for general labour activities
as well as welding. User has to see to it that all closures are closed
specially for use with welding applications and the choice of the
right size.
