during summer school through email.

Hello Mr. Reese,


If you are hosting a summer program. If so, then:
Anticipated Meal service(s) type requested breakfast, lunch, snack or any combination of two
programs
We would like breakfast and lunch please

Anticipated service time(s) for each meal type requested


Breakfast served at 8:30
Lunch served at 11:30

Anticipated daily enrollment


We currently have 35 but are looking to invite more. We are hoping to get 50-100 students to
attend. When would you need to have final numbers?

Thanks. FNS staff schedules are going out next week, but I can be flexible to a point. No matter what Ill
make sure youre provided for. Last year Maugansville highs for meals were in the low to mid twentys
so Id anticipate your number as fairly close to actual. If you get numbers approaching 50 let me know.

8/7/17 - 8/24/17 (4 Hours)

I assisted the Summer School program during the breakfast and lunch times. I ensured
that students were taking a complete breakfast and lunch and had to record a tally sheet. Pam
assisted during the lunch period but I was working alone during the breakfast time. This helped
students with learning because they had complete breakfast and lunch so they could focus on
their learning instead of being hungry.
