A Plan for Action on Drug Elimination
OBJECTIVES OF THE BLUEPRINT
Alignment with the Presidents Priority Thrusts;
Harmonize strategies and activities, targets and deliverables identified
under the Social Development Agenda (SDA) and the National Security
Policy (NSP) of the Duterte Administration;
To present the convergence system that will support the PADS
implementation;
Enhance the existing pillars of action with the identified themes and centers
of the SDA and the NSP
Set the period of implementation of the PADS which will cover the year
2016-2022
Develop and include quantitative targets under the PADS
Revitalize/expand the roles of government agencies under the new PADS

1. Promote the continued adoption of the 5-
pillar approach to drug use prevention and control;
