MINI PROJECT IN DESIGN OF MODERN RESTAURANT

AIM:

The main aim of our project is to Design and Analysis the G+3 Building with underground
car parking and most important one is to use curtain Glass wall panel replacing ordinary
brick wall.

DESCRIPTION:

The objective of this project is about planning and design of the restaurant. This s a fully
architectural design of 3 floor storey with underground parking facility of area 5000 sq.ft.

MAJOR PROJECT IN PRE ENGINEERED BUILDING

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:

The main objective of our study is to understand and gain knowledge in the area of detail
planning.
We have planned the building according to the guidelines set by the local authorities.
We have designed it based on Bureau of Indian Standards
The pre-engineered buildings based on American method

CONCLUSION

This project helped us to know how a pre-engineered buildings has to be designed in a

planned and effective manner.
More over this project has been designed in the way that even a common man could
understand the concept of design.
It proves to be economical. This method of analysis helped us to save lot of time.
Thus this project helped us to gain knowledge which a student required to become an
engineer .It will be useful to become a good entrepreneur in future

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:

The main objectives of mini project to reduce the cost of the concrete and get more
strength of building by modern restaurant.
The working area and labor was so less in this method, it has only a transportation cost.
The main objective of major project is fully used on hollow blokes and steel only.
It is more economic than normal construction.
