Q1 ) Hi My name is Hari sreyas. I am from delhi.

I graduated in the year 2014 from delhi

technological university having completed my bachelor of tech in mechanical engg. I have a formal
work experience of 15 months as an associate consultant in the IT Consulting domain at stellium inc.
My hobbies include playing table tennis and free hand sketching.

Q2 )

In my first implementation project I was assigned to work in a new technology product that had
been launched recently. Therefore there were limited in-house resources and very little
documentation to train ourselves in . But despite of all these limitations I learnt the functionalities of
the product as well as a new programming language and was able to provide a solution within 3
months. On the basis of my performance I was promoted from Business analyst to associate
consultant.

Q3)

After working for fifteen months in the IT Consulting domain I finally decided to take the plunge and
pursue my dream of becoming an IAS officer. The preparation period was extremely draining, both
physically as well as mentally. Finally, I appeared for the Prelims stage of the examination and was
confident about clearing the prelims stage of the examination but when the list of successful
candidates did not have my name in it I was gutted. Even though I failed to achieve my dream of
becoming an IAS officer, I came out of the experience a well-rounded individual having a holistic
understanding of how the country is administered. Additionally, the preparation stage made me a
better manager of time as well as made me mentally tough to handle high-pressure situations

Q4) Having worked very closely with Business consultants Ive come to realise that my interest lies
primarily in analysing and solving problems related to business processes. Hence post my MBA I
would like to pursue a career in consulting wherein I can use the knowledge I gained as a technical
consultant as well as during my postgraduation to solve real world business problems.
