JOINT MOTION TO VACATE HEARING

The hearing in this matter has been set for Tuesday, 20 June 2017 at 9:00AM. The parties,
Complainant Campaign Integrity Watchdog and Respondent Denver County Republican Central
Committee (collectively the Parties) have reached a settlement in this matter and jointly move
to vacate the hearing.
The Parties are filing with this Court a Stipulation and Joint Motion for Stipulated Judgment
concurrent with this motion.
WHEREFORE, due to the pending settlement, the Parties respectfully request that the
Administrative Law Judge vacate the hearing in this matter set for Tuesday, 20 June 2017.
