I am writing to express my interest in the position of MEAL& Reporting Coordinating .

My passion to work with your organisation in managing monitoring and evaluation
systems, quality assurance, capacity building, coordination, team building including the
provision of an overall management and technical insights has been stimulated by the
dictates of this job. This fusion of my passion and my professional experience is why I

background, years of international humanitarian experience, professionalism and
technical skills listed as requirements are only the beginning of what I can bring to your

Reading the purpose of the position and the major responsibilities involved, I am
motivated by the opportunities this position will provide me to fully utilize my current
and previous experience in humanitarian emergencies and relief programs, setting up and
managing monitoring and evaluation systems, designing M&E policies and procedures
for Catholic Relief Services, World Vision international, Save the Children International
and Care International to capture key program indicators, capacity building and team
management positions, coordinating consortium donor projects with the quality and
timeliness it requires, building and maintaining collaborative and productive relationship
with stakeholders and networking with partner agencies in supervision and careful
consultations with relevant stakeholders. With this experience built upon my years of
work in supervisory monitoring, evaluation, humanitarian accountability, and
coordination functions with the Consortium for Relief and Development (CORAD), Feed
the Future Sierra Leone (consortium for Entrepreneurial Agriculture for improved
nutrition-EAIN), multi-year humanitarian and development assistance programs funded
by USAID, food and cash emergency programs funded by the European Commission
and World Food Program in Haiti and Central African Republic , I can aptly suit in for
the vacant position as advertised.
I feel that given my relevant years of experience in different International Non-
Government Organizations with progressive responsibilities with divergent cultural
settings, working with another agency with almost new players will not only diversify my
knowledge base, but will immensely contribute to the overall goal attainment of your
