Customer undertaking for NR Savings/Current Account opening with AMB of Rs.

10,000/-
for Metro / Urban branches and Rs. 5,000/- for Semi-Urban / Rural branches
(MOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENT)

"I / We have understood that I / We am / are required to maintain an Average Monthly Balance (AMB) of Rs. 10,000/-
(for Metro / Urban branches) and Rs. 5,000/- (for Semi-Urban / Rural branches) for which the Bank would provide
PhoneBanking, NetBanking, MobileBanking and ATM Services Free of charge except where otherwise specified in the
schedule of charges. I / We have also understood that non maintenance of AMB will attract the following charges:

a) NRE/NRO Savings Account: Customer notice would be sent for non-maintenance in the first month and Non
maintenance charges / fees will be levied for second consecutive month of non-maintenance
b) NRE/NRO Current Account: Non maintenance charges / fees will be levied without any further advice / notice
c) Other transaction charges will be detailed in the schedule of charges available on www.hdfcbank.com/nrifees

I/we confirm that in event of no salary credits received in my/our salary account for continuous six months, the salary
account will be converted to Regular Savings Account and the charges will be levied as per the fees and charges
structure available on HDFC Bank's website for non maintenance of AMB.

I/We authorize the Bank to disclose, from time to time any information relating to my savings/current account to any
parent/subsidiary, affiliate and associate of HDFC Bank, and to third parties engaged by the Bank, for purposes as
detailed in the Terms & Conditions mentioned on the website.

I/We confirm that I/we have read the Terms & Conditions (mentioned on the website) , which details the rules
governing account operations and the Schedule of Service Charges, which specifies the charges applicable for various
services.

I confirm that my account has been opened by bank officer Mr. _______________________ and I have signed in his
