ILLEGALLY SEIZED DOGS
I understand you are in possession of some of the illegally seized dogs seized from my property
by the Brooks County sheriff. No probable cause existed for this illegal seizure and I am
aggressively pursuing legal remedies in state and federal courts to ensure the immediate and safe
return of my dogs. I urge you to prudently not get involved in this legal action.
Under authority of the Georgia Open Records Act and the Georgia Animal Protection Act I
hereby request the following information and documents.
1.Complete inventory of all dogs received from Brooks Count Authorities with photographs,
kennel cards and description by breed, weight and medical condition
2.Names of any of your personnel who assisted in the seizure
3. Records of all dogs shot by a tranquilizing gun
4. All records of any transfers, adoptions or fostering of any dogs
The Georgia Open records Act requires this information be provided within three business days
With penalties for non compliance of $1000 for first offense and $2500 for second offense. You
are acting as an agent for Brooks County acquiring my dogs, thus you are subject to the Open
Records Act. DO NOT ADOPT, TRANSFER, OR OTHERWISE DISPOSE OF MY DOGS
UNDER PENALTY OF LAW. They are exculpatory evidence in these legal actions and
must be preserved until a final adjudication is made,
