THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE PROVIDED YOUR OFFICE WITH THIS
INFORMATION.
My credit card was stolen from my house on February 23, 2017 while I was
incapacitated and away from my home. The thief stole more than seventy five items of my
personal property including my Direct Express credit card. Pin number of the credit card
was shown in a personal notebook kept in my desk. A police report has been filed for the
other stolen items. The thief proceeded to charge purchases to the card until and during
April when I reported the theft to your office. I mailed you a copy of the required Fraud
questionnaire on April 19, 2017 and spoke twice with your representative giving him
details of the theft. He stated nothing further would be needed.
I heard nothing further from you and have been unable to contact you on hold for
twenty minutes - then disconnected. I have been suffering undue hardship no phone, no
electric power to my house and no money to even buy gas to get to town from my rural
location. I desperately need and will appreciate your help. If I need to get warrants for this
low life I will take warrants in the four counties where he charged purchases as soon as I
get money.
