Strip footing should be designed as combined footing, so top rebar is main rebars, please
include top rebar and pls use minimum rebar for footing as T14 both for main and distribution
rebars
It should be annotated STB (strip beam) instead of GB in strip footing
All stair and slab rebar (except CS1) can be kept as T10 @ 6 c/c both for main and distribution
rebars
In top reinforcement plan of slab details, no need to provide the double spacing at continuous
edges in third sheet
All ties and stirrups should be minimum 8mm diameter rebars with larger spacing
Roof cross section should be included and drawn, SC (steel prop columns) should be square
hollow section instead of rectangular hollow section (4x4 instead of 2-4x2)
