BSN FAQ - BSN HAPPY REWARDS REDEMPTION PROGRAMME 2015 (‘The Programme’) 1. What is BSN HAPPY REWARDS REDEMPTION PROGRAMME? Under The Programme, BSN Visa/MasterCard Credit CardMembers (‘CardMembers’) redeem their points for wide range of products and gifts featured in the BSN Happy Rewards Redemption Catalogue 2015 (‘The Catalogue’). 2. Who can participate in The Programme? All valid Principal and Supplementary BSN Visa/MasterCard CardMembers and in good jing are eligible to participate in this programme subject to the terms & conditions. 3. How do I get my BSN Reward Points? Every RM1.00 charged to your BSN credit card will earn one (1) Point (for retail transactions within Malaysia) and two (2) Points (for retail transactions outside Malaysia), 4, How do | check my accumulated points? a) All points will be reflected in your monthly credit card statement. Or b) Contact our Customer Service Centre at 1300-88-1900. 5. What can | redeem with my BSN Reward Points? The Catalogue offers a wide selection of attractive products and gifts for you to choose, ranging from gadgets, home appliances, kitchenware, livingstyle, gift for him & her, vouchers and more. You can also redeem for your Annual Fee Waiver. The points and price required for each redemption product and/or service is stipulated in The Catalogue. 6. Does my Reward Points expir Your Reward Points never expire giving you more time to accumulate and redeem for higher value product and/or service. 7. Can | redeem my Reward Points now and when is the last date for redemption? You can start redeeming from now until 31 December 2015. The products and gifts in the Redemption Catalogue are valid until 31 December 2015.8. What do I need to do if | want to make redemption? a) Complete the Redemption Form and fax to 03- 2162 2659, or ¢) e-mail to:- customercare@bsn.com.my, or b) Send by mail to:- Bank Simpanan Nasional Redemption Unit, Cards Business Division Ground Floor, Block A No 117, Jalan Ampang 50450, Kuala Lumpur 9. Can | combine my reward points for redemption if I have both a Principal Visa and MasterCard account? Yes. However you are not allowed to combine with your Supplementary CardMember's points. 10. Can | transfer my reward points to my Supplementary CardMember or vice versa? Reward points are not transferable to any parties. 44. Can my Supplementary CardMember redeem his/her reward points? Supplementary CardMember can redeem their respective reward points in their account. 12. What are the transactions el ible for Reward Points? All retail transactions e.g. shopping, dining, travel, petrol and other retail transactions. 13. How will the gift be delivered to me? Itwill be couriered to you by Tri-e Marketing Sdn Bhd (supplier under this programme) based on your address in the redemption form. Delivery will not be done to P.O.Box and any address outside Malaysia.14. How long will the delivery take? Delivery by the supplier will take about 3-4 weeks from the time the application is received by BSN. However if you do not receive after this period you may contact BSN Customer Service Centre at 1300-88-1900. 15. Do | have to incur any courier charges for delivery? Delivery by courier is free of charge including to Sabah & Sarawak. 16. Can | exchange the Gift Rewards after the redemption has been made? Alll Gift Rewards redeemed are not exchangeable unless Gift Rewards received in the circumstance as below and reported within the timeline given from the date receipt. Request otherwise will not be entertained. 1. Defective due to Delivery (broken/dented) — i, Please call BSN Customer Service within 2 business days from the date received of Gift Rewards to report about the damage. ji, Customer Service Professional will arrange respective supplier contact customer. 2. Defective due to Manufacturing - i, There is a warranty card enclosed kindly call the respective company. 17. If cancel my BSN credit card(s), am | still eligible to use my points for redemption.
