THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

Introduction

The effect of unhealthy lifestyle may lead to physical, emotional and social

problems and the worst health issues that could continue into adulthood.

REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE AND STUDIES

This chapter tackles about all the related literature and studies of various

author`s relevance to the concept of the researcher`s study. It also elaborates

the relationship of the previous study and the present study of all the researches

that can give the researchers more ideas and understanding of how they will

broaden their knowledge for the said study.

The researchers compares and relates the past review and the propose

study. In this part, the researcher will distinguish its restrictions and capacities. It

will also help to create and develop a successful study base on the different

related study. This chapter will serve as a reference for the future development of

the study.

Nutrition and Exercise

Various articles can be found from each media sources when it goes to

the theme of this paper. These discovered articles can be of assistance with this

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY AND SYSTEM DESIGN

On this part of the study the researchers focuses on the methods and

structure in the development of the mobile application. Also the design, datas,

tools, statistics, procedures, and business model occurred.

Research Methods

The research techniques are the specific procedures the researchers used

to gather the proof important for building and testing theories. A research

technique is utilized to collect different information or data to represent the

outcome proficiently. The technique that will be picking by the researchers will

influence the outcomes for constructing the conclusion. Different research

strategies have diverse expectations and different levels of validity

Research Design

Research design manages a sensible issue and not a strategic problem. A

research design will generally compose of methodology of how the information

was gathered, what tool will be used, how the tool will be utilized and the planned

for evaluating the data gathered.

Respondents of the Study

The respondents of the study will help the researcher to acquired data

based on their own opinion. The respondents of this study will be the expertise
