INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT:

12 Brief description of :
the services Short description of scope of works is given below:
(i) Visit the site and carry-out initial appraisal.
(ii) Topographic survey & sub-soil investigation.
(iii) Preparation of preliminary design, model of
proposed work and approximation of Construction
cost.

 (iv) Developed details design & drawings
(Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electro-
Mechanical, Communication, design, Technical
Specifications and all other related works/service)
including Model of Building.
(v) Supervision by qualified by B.Sc Engineer ( IEB
membership required for engineer)
(vi) All structure should be according to BNBC,
ACI,AISC ,ACCORD/ALLIENCE standard.
EXPERIENCE, RESOURCE AND DELIVERY CAPACITY REQUIRED:

(i) The Firm(s) must have Consultancy Experience

minimum of 8 years.
(ii) The Firm(s) shall have the experience of at least 3

13 Experience (three) completed Consultancy Service within last 10
(ten) years on Architectural & Engineering design &
construction supervision of minimum 3 (Garments
Industry).
Interested Architectural & Engineering Firm(s) will be
required to provide the following information:
(i) Company Profile/Brochures of the Firm(s)
including summarizing their activities/facilities and
area of expertise.
Information to be (ii) List and description of similar assignment.

(a) Firms will be short-listed using the Selection Method-PPA-2008.
(b) RFP will be issued to short listed firms.
(c) Expressions of Interest in two sets are to be submitted to the Office of the
undersigned. In sealed envelope and be clearly marked Consultancy
Services for Structural & Architectural design, drawing, electrical SLD, Utility
piping, plumbing ,sanitary & other related services for the Construction of
