Facility Management

What is Facility Management? As a students we want to learn

something and implore knowledge. This is what Ive learned after I read
some definitions or research about Facility Management. Facility
Management is the management of buildings and services. This is the
management of users, spaces, functionality and accessibility. The facility
management is important for the builder to ensure the safety of the
users inside or outside of the building. It is a profession that guarantee
the functionality of a building and to provide the maintenance support.
It is also a service that help users or workers to be comfortable and
participate in facility areas such as sport and recreation, canteen as well
as a large multi-use centre.
Facility Management is the synthesis of process within an
organization to preserve and develop the negotiate services that support
and improve the usefulness of its principal activities. It is the services
that improving or perpetuating the functionality of every spaces in a
facility building or areas.
