Reference is made to minutes of RTC meeting 2017 held on RCDU on 09th and 10th
March 2017 and subsequentaly minutes of the meeting of all CNS executive (CATC) undergone
chairmanship of Sh. Sharnagat Srivastava, Jt. GM (CNS), CIC on 15th May 2017 .

As per section CATC para 1 of minutes of RTC meeting 2017, requirement of test
equipments at CATC is to be forwarded to CHQ.

In light of above. I would like to bring in l our kind notice that some old test equipments
are ll ing in the inventory of test equipments lab. Sone of these test equipments may be
serviceable and some rnay be partially serviceable. Test equipment lab is nonfunctional so these
serviceable test equipments can be utilized in different other labs. (List of test equipments lab
inventory is attached herewith.)

In this regard formation of one committee compring of three executives is needed to find
the actual requirement of test equipments of diff'erent labs and final submission of compiled list
of test equipments required for CATC for turther forwarding it to CHQ. The report is to be
submitted by committee within fifteen days of the fbrmation of committee.
