1. All items shall be read in conjunction with AID120091-02 _SC_TD_PRM_01.

2. Refer to preface General Conditions for warranty requirements, environmental guidelines and
care/maintenance instructions. Refer to corresponding sections of the preface for performance specifications
relating to fabrication, quality control, etc.
3. Supplier/ Manufacturer to confirm all details, requirements, specifications, quantities & field conditions with
contractor prior to manufacture and installation.
4. Supplier/ Manufacturer to confirm with contractor on all site measurements.
5. If manufacturer other than specified source is used, refer to the Preface referencing copyright issues.
6. Supplier/ Manufacturer to submit an actual sample for Aedas Interiors approval prior to ordering/production.
7. All material must meet with all applicable local government regulations and all other safety requirements on
site.
8. All material must be rust & stain resistant.
9. Installer must refer to manufacturers technical specification, manual & guidelines for detailed information and
installation instructions.
10. Wherever ironmongery is fixed to a fire rated door, all pieces must meet the necessary ASTM standards and
UL listed ratings. Refer to separate door schedule for fire rated door locations.
11. All items are equaled and approved. The proposed material is indicative, alternatives may be proposed
providing they are of similar appearance and performance to the satisfaction of the Consultant/ Client.
12. Product must be contract quality and suitable for commercial use.
13. Contractor to submit sample for designers approval prior to ordering.
14. Contractor to ensure all accessories and fitments provided with the product are supplied.
15. Refer to drawings for exact locations and/or mounting heights.

written clarification.
