SUMMARY

through the implementation of a marketing study, to establish a target market through

On the other hand, it establishes the strategy of promotion, distribution and service.
The process used for the execution of this project is divided into stages:
PURCHASE OF INGREDIENTS

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

En la creacin de cualquier tipo de negocio, es necesario desarrollar una
investigacin organizada y profunda sobre las variables directas e indirectas que
puedan afectar el logro de ese negocio o comercio.
Por esta razn se analizan de forma separada los entornos financieros, comerciales,
operativos y productivos del negocio a implementar, teniendo en cuenta que al
realizar el anlisis anterior se puede evaluar la viabilidad del proyecto.
Este estudio de factibilidad se realiza con el fin de crear una empresa de exportacin
de almojbanas de cuajada, mediante la implementacin de un estudio de
comercializacin, para establecer un mercado objetivo a travs de una gama de
seleccin con variables como afinidad cultural, lenguaje, entre otros; Por otro lado se
establece cul ser la estrategia de promocin, distribucin y servicio.
