UTOPIA PRESTIGE CARD MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN

FRATERNAL ORDER OF UTOPIA AND THE WILD POPPY

Section 1. THE WILD POPPY avails the Gold Package of the Utopia Prestige Card. Gold Package
includes the following:
Partner Companys Logo on the Utopia Prestige Card brochure/flier.
Acknowledgement of the company during the Unveiling of the Utopia Prestige Card.
Distribution of Company fliers during the Unveiling of the Utopia Prestige Card.
Acknowledgement of the Company on Utopias Social Media Platforms.
Acknowledgement of the Company of the company during the Utopia Bar Examination
Send-Off Party, a party held every year before The Bar Exam.

Section 2. THE WILD POPPY will give 10% discount on products and services.

Section 3. Utopia Prestige card holders to avail of the rights stated herein from September 1, 2017 to
September 2, 2018.

Section 4. Fraternal Order of Utopia have the rights and reserve on using the logo and other
advertisement of the company/establishment but only limited to Section 1 of this agreement.

Section 5. The partnership agreement between Fraternal Order of Utopia and THE WILD POPPY is not
only limited to UTOPIA PRESTIGE CARD. Furthermore, this partnership may enhance through
collaboration or sponsorship of future events and other future endeavors that would benefit the two
organizations.

This is to acknowledge that the Fraternal Order Of Utopia and the partner-sponsor have agreed and
merged to collaborate as partners in the UTOPIA PRESTIGE CARD and the terms and agreement
stipulated above.
