This is for your kind perusal that we had received many mails regarding OC/CC.

Many of them had


raised their points to obtain the OC/CC from BDA.

According to BDA DRAFT PLANNING AND BUILDING REGULATIONS 2017, to regularise the Project
SUREKHA VATIKA the following charges has to be borne by the customer.

The compounding rates as per clause no 87 and tables no 24.


1. Construction from 5% to 10% beyond the permissible norms of this regulation with respect
to front, side, rear, and setback in the residence class of building the compounding rate will
be Rs 5000/sqmt. Which is RS 465/sqft.
Other Charges:-
1. An infrastructure development charge is Rs 36/sqft.
2. Scrutiny fee is Rs 3/sqft (approximately).
3. Sanction fee is Rs 5/sqft.
4. Security fee is Rs 50/sqft. (may applicable as it is compounding file )
5. MOEF fee is Rs 10/sqft.
6. Allied expenses Rs 20/Sqft.

Please note that all the above fees has to be collected from the owners according to the sqft of area
occupied by them and after collection the application for OC/CC can be applied.

Also please note that BDA DRAFT AND BUILDING REGULATION 2008 cannot be applied as the new
BDA DRAFT AND BUILDING REGULATION 2017 will be applicable.
