QUITCLAIM AND RELEASE

I, JOBELL DE JESUS, of legal age and Filipino, after having been duly
sworn to law, depose and state:

That for and in consideration of the total amount of SIXTY THOUSAND

(Php 60,000.oo) Pesos only, PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, actual receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, I hereby RELEASE and DISCHARGE, the agency
SPEEDY OVERSEAS SERVICES CORPORATION, my employer and all their
staffs and officers and employers from any monetary and all claims by way of
payment for all my unpaid salaries, unexpired portion of contract, and all
monetary claims due me including costs and damages or otherwise, as may be
due me in connection with my past application and overseas employment with
them and/or transaction with them. Furthermore, I hereby affirm that I have no
more money claims to pursue, and that I hereby relinquished, waived,
abandoned and quitclaimed any and all past, present and future claims or causes
of actions that I may have against them.

I, JOBELL DE JESUS of legal age and Filipino, after having been duly
sworn to law, depose and state:

1. That I was deployed by SPEEDY OVERSEAS SERVICES

CORPORATION abroad;

2. That I hereby desist in filing of any claims or cases whether civil,

administrative or criminal against SPEEDY OVERSEAS SERVICES
CORPORATION. or any of its officers and staffs with any government
offices such as, but not limited to, POEA, OWWA or regular court in
connection with my past employment with them, as I have no cause of
action or any claim against them its officers, staffs and my employer;

3. That I understand the contents of this affidavit, and I executed it freely and
voluntarily without any force, coercion or intimidation coming from anyone.

 COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This is to confirm that I, JOBELL DE JESUS, the worker, have entered

into a compromise agreement with my agency, SPEEDY OVERSEAS
SERVICES CORPORATION, to receive the total amount of SIXTY THOUSAND
(Php 60,000.oo) Pesos as FULL and COMPLETE settlement of all my claims
against them. I hereby attest that by virtue of this agreement I manifest that I
have no more claims, monetary or otherwise against SPEEDY OVERSEAS
SERVICES CORPORATION. or any of their staffs and employees, and their
principals.

I attest that I will no longer file any actions against them by virtue of this
settlement.

matapos manumpa ng ayon sa batas ay nagsasaad ng mga sumusunod:

1. Na ako ang nagdemanda laban sa SPEEDY OVERSEAS SERVICES

CORPORATION sa Department of Labor and Employment kasama na sa
POEA at pati sa NLRC;

2. Na matapos kong makausap ang SPEEDY OVERSEAS SERVICES

CORPORATION at maliwanagan sa mga pangayayari ay hindi na ako
maghahabol pa at wala nang kukunin pa sa SPEEDY OVERSEAS
SERVICES CORPORATION o maging sa kanilang mga empleyado at aking
employer;

3. Na aking binabawi at inuurong ko na ang aking mga pagdedemanda

at anomang papeles laban sa SPEEDY OVERSEAS SERVICES
CORPORATION dahil hindi na ako interesado pa at wala na akong
hinahabol pa sa SPEEDY OVERSEAS SERVICES CORPORATION o maging
sa kanilang mga empleyado at aking employer;

4. Na aking pinirmahan ang salaysay na ito nang buong kusa at walang

labag sa aking kalooban.
