Responsibilities
- As the HSE Manager I work in conjunction with HCC HSE Director to provide oversight of the health,
safety, and environmental department for the North Slope / Equipment Divisions. Responsible for the design,
implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs. Develop
and provide technical direction on all HSE decisions to ensure that all company and client HSE policies and
procedures are communicated, understood and adhered to, at all HCCs work sites. Promote and develop a
strong safety culture of continuous improvement as the company works towards a goal of zero harm to people,
the environment and equipment.

Field Safety Specialist / HSE Advisor


BP / ASRC Energy Services - Prudhoe Bay, AK - September 2010 to August 2015
- Lead and advise personnel with hazard assessments, site observations, elevated risk mitigation techniques,
field audits, atmospheric monitoring, permitting, incident investigations and many other HSE related duties
