to give good, valid receipt ad discharge for the same which will protect the purchaser or purchasers

without seeing the application of the money.

7. Upon such receipt as aforesaid in my name and as my act and deed, to sign, execute and deliver any
conveyance or conveyances of the said property/properties in favour of the said purchaser of his/her
nominee or assignee.

8. To sign and execute all other deeds, instrument assurances which he shall consider necessary and do
enter into and/or agree to such covenants or conditions as may be required for fully and effectually
conveying the said property/properties as I could do myself, if personally present.

9. To present any such conveyances for registration, to admit execution and receipt of consideration
before the Sub-Registrar or Registrar having authority for and to have the said conveyance registered
and to do all acts, deeds and things which my said attorney shall consider necessary for conveying the
said property/properties to the said purchases or purchasers as fully and effectually in all respects and I
could do the same myself.

10. To collect purchase properties documents form concerned office and concerned authorities in
my/our names.

11. To present loan application in my name/ our names to take loan and repay the loan amount with
interest on my/our behalf before the concerned Bank and Concerned Office.

12. To take loan from purchased property and lodge the newly purchased property/properties
document/s of mortgage to any suitable Bank, for registration in the office of the Sub-Registrar, any
place or places and to admit execution thereof.

13. To collect loan account Pass Book, Bank cheque book and other documents in my/our names from
concerned bank.

14. To sign all types of office documents, cheque, bills, Bill of Exchange, applications, declaration,
Mortgage Deed, affidavit, Indemnity Bond, other documents as shall be required or may be deemed
proper for or in relation to all or any of the matters or purposes aforesaid.
