Once owned by a legendary bard known as the White Duke, the blade hums with
powerful energies and reacts with melodic based magics.

When attuned, it also gives advantage on weapon attacks whenever Bardic Inspiration
is used
and does an extra 1d4 force damage on every successful Attack
