 This activity aims to develop the teamwork and sportsmanship of LMPCs
staff to improve staff retention.

OBJECTIVES:
to build and maintain harmonious relationships, and to strengthen communication and
understanding among employees of different divisions/departments;
to cultivate a sense of belonging and employee engagement and development activities
to enhance the morale and spirit of employees.
