began.
Aim to ensure the appropriateness of the project in terms of
engineering economic and environmental impact

2. Allocation of funds
Donation
Own money

3. Consultant Appointed

Electrical Engineers,Quantity Surveyors and Land Surveyors.

5
STAGE ANALYSIS AND DESIGN

Information site investiganiton result must be analyzed before designing

structures works carried out

MEASURING
CONSTRUCTION SITE
CHOOSE THE AREA > Based on the map and a geologial
>Position and area construction site map, position and location
> Landform > The survey was conducted for the
> Infrastructure and public facilities site area, ground level and the level
of the grid to determine the soil
profile construction site

INVESTIGATE THE
CONSTRUCTION LAND BUILDING DESIGN
> Know the exact layer and > There are three level of design :
strength of the soil 1. Design architect
> Identifying information such as 2. Structural design
soil type and characteristics 3. Civil Engineering design
> Determining the level of ground
water and water pressure in the soil

IDENTIFY THE DRAWINGS & ESTIMATED COST

SPECIFICATIONS Estimate made by working
There are three type of drawing: drawings and specifications
> Design drawing standards
> Painting structures > List of quantity
> Painting services > Price of clod

6
MANAGEMENT LEVEL

All the information has been analyzed and designed and compiled into a "Tender
Documents". In the document attached to the conditions of the contract and form
contracts based on time management, quality of work and the cost of implementation
