DECLERATION OF NATIONALITY, NAME, AND BIRHTRIGHTS

Pursuant to the Divine Laws of Nature, with an express reservation of the following
documents;

The Treaty of Peace and Friendship (1787) between Morocco and The United States; The
United States Constitution and bill of Rights; The Zodiac Constitution 1947, by C.M.
Bey; The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (U.N. 1948); The Declaration of Rights
of The Child (1959); The Declaration on Rights of Indigenous People (1994).

THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Preamble;

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity of the equal and inalienable rights of all
members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the
world,
Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as well as last
resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected
by the rule of law,

Article 15
(1) Everyone has the right to a Nationality.
(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his Nationality nor denied the right to
change his Nationality

I, Niambi: Ibim, a natural person, freeborn on the Land that is commonly known as North
America, being of Moorish Al Moroccan descent, sanguis juris, depose, affirm, and state
that my Nationality is Moorish American. Moorish American is the political jurisdiction
re-established by Noble Drew Ali (Sheik Shariff Abdul Ali) in 1925, for the
denationalized descendants of the Indigenous Moors, here in North America.

Moors: The descendants of the ancient Moabites. The Indigenous People who inhabited
the Northwestern and Southwestern Continents (lands) of Ancient Amexem/ Al Moroc
now called the Americas-North, South, Central, and the adjoining islands. These are the
aboriginal, sovereign people of America and rightful land owners, prior to European
conquest/colonization.

The Moorish American Nations of the world have been previously referred to as follows;
Negroes, African Americans, Colored People, Blacks, and so on None of which is our
true Nationality. The United States Constitution and Bill of Rights does not safeguard the
rights of persons, identified as such, for those identities are misnomers and are not
connected to the Divine Human Family

Moor/Muur is the rightful and correct name of the Natural, Indigenous People of North
America, Central America, South America, and Americana. Moor is ancient, Pre-
Columbian, before the Great Christian Book Burnings, before forced and reconstructed
history. Moor is derived from Moroccan, which is descended from Moabite.

The Moorish are the descendants of Moroccans, The Northwestern Capitol of the Mighty
Carthage/Moorish Empire (700BC-1820AD), the Ancient Moabites who inhabited the
Northwestern and Southwestern shores of Africa, born indigenous in the Continental
Lands of America. These conquered Lands (America) are, in truth, the heartland of the
Moroccan Empire. The Magrib El Aqsa (Morocco farthest west) native lands of the
Moors, now under European siege (colonization). Moors are bound to the continents of
the Americas by heritage and birthright.

America is in actuality the United States of Morocco! The term America, is a

corruption of the Moorish Latin, Al Moroccan or Al Maurikanos, meaning descended
from Morroco. We The People, that is stated in the Preamble for the Constitution of the
United States , is Society Ea Al Republicae Al Maurikanos. That is We The People,
who set this Constitution for the United States of America, which is the Unity, or the
Unit, between the few select European sons and the Moors whose government was
beginning to fall.

The child shall be entitled from his birth to a name and Nationality.

I, affirm, state and declare that my Free National Name is Shaheed-Aashir Bey and my
Constitution is based on the Divine Laws of Nature (The Zodiac), which is the
foundational structure of the Constitution for the Continental United States Federation
Republic of the Moorish Nation. My National Flag is red with a five pointed green star in
the center (Old Glory). This the National Flag of the Moabite Moorish Nation of North
America.

The Moorish Flag is over 10,000 years old. T. Compte Bey and his Moorish armies went
down with the Moorish Flag on the Land commonly known as Battle Creek Michigan in
the Battle of 1812. The Moorish Flag was never to come up again until 1925 (113 years
later) when prophet Noble Drew Ali was sent to earth by Allah, to uplift fallen humanity.
Drew Ali went to Washington D.C. at the time of the Coolidge Administration and
obtained the Moorish Flag, in order that it be raised again, here in these Lands.

The Moorish American Nationality and their sir names, Ali, Dey, Bey, Al and El, are our
inherited birthright without a legal due process of the lawmakers of the U.S.A. Union
Society. What our Moorish forefathers were, we are today without a doubt or
contradiction, namely Moorish! The aboriginals of the Americas and rightful landlords!
This is the first party entity of the United States Constitution. The United States Inc. is
the juristic act (guild of European companies). They are the chartered second party entity
in a political State of Union (Unity).

The 13 Colonies, with Government Ordinance Departments, or G.O.D. established the

basis for peace and law (treatise) between the Albion English/Anglos and the Indigenous
Moors. The Constitution of 1787-1789 is the charter of the United States of America. The
Treaty of Peace and Friendship 1787, united the two in a dually involved government.
This is why the United States has 2 seals. On the obverse is the Eagle, for the States of
the Union, on the reverse side the Great Seal Pyramid of the Moorish Nation. The Al
Moroccan Empire, not to be confused with the Moroccan Kingdom, established in the
late 50s early 60s in the east.
