1.Thehallticketmustbepresentedforverificationalongwithatleastoneoriginal(nophotocopyorscannedcopy)valididentificationcard(for
example:Passport,PANCard,VoterID,AadhaarUID,GovernmentEmployerID,DrivingLicense).
2.Thishallticketisvalidonlyifthecandidate'sphotographandsignatureimagesarelegible.Toensurethis,gettheprintofthehallticketonA4sized
paperusingalaserprinter,preferablyacolourphotoprinter.
3.Thecandidateswhodonothaveclearphotographsornophotoonthehallticketwillhavetobringtwopassportsizephotographsforappearingin
thetestwithanundertaking.
4.CandidateswillbepermittedtoappearfortheexaminationONLYaftertheircredentialsareverifiedbycentreofficials.
5.Candidateswillbesubjectedtofriskingtoensurethattheyarenotcarryinganyelectronicoranyothergadgets,mobilephone,tablets,pen
drives,Bluetoothdevices,Watch,Calculator,LogTables,Wallet,Purse,Notes,Charts,LooseSheetsOrRecordingInstrumentsstrappedon

6.Theremaynotbeaguaranteedsecurityfacilityforsafekeepingofyourvaluabledevicesorpersonalbelongingsoutsidetheexaminationhall.
7.ThegatesoftheTestCentreswillbeopenedby8.15amandclosedby9.45am.Fortheafternoonsession,thegateswillbeopenedat1.15pm
andclosedby2.15pm.Nocandidatewillbeallowedtoentertheexaminationcentreafterclosingthegate.Thecheckinprocedureinsidethe
testhallincludescapturingbiometricleftthumbprint/iris/photocapture.ThisisasecurityfeaturewhichwillallowTSPSCtoverifyyour
identityandalsotocheckimpersonationbyanycandidate.Therefore,theyareadvisednottoapplyanyexternalmatterslikeMehandi,Inketc,

16.Nocandidateshouldleavetheexaminationhalltillexpiryoffulltime.
17.TheCommissionwouldbeanalyzingtheresponsesofacandidatewithotherappearedcandidatestodetectpatternsofsimilarity.Ifitissuspectedthat
theresponseshavebeensharedandthescoresobtainedarenotgenuine/valid,theCommissionreservestherighttocancelhis/hercandidatureand
toinvalidatetheAnswerSheet.

i.WhereverWrittenExaminationisheld,onlythosecandidateswhoaretotallyblindareallowedtowritetheexaminationwiththehelpofscribe
and20minutesextratimeispermittedtothemperhour.
ii.Anextratimeof20minutesperhourispermittedforthecandidateswithlocomotordisabilityandCEREBRALPALSYwheredominant
(writing)extremityisaffectedfortheextentofslowingtheperformanceoffunction(Minimumof40%impairment).Scribeisallowedtosuch
candidatesalso.
iii.ScribewillbeprovidedbytheChiefSuperintendentconcernedtothosecandidateswhodonothaveboththeupperlimbsforOrthopedically
Handicapped.However,noextratimewillbegrantedtothem.
a.Thescribeshouldbefromanacademicdisciplineotherthanthatofthecandidateandtheacademicqualificationofthescribeshouldbeone
gradelowerthanthestipulatedeligibilitycriteria.
b.Thecandidateaswellasthescribewillhavetogiveasuitableundertakingconfirmingtherulesapplicable.
19.Thecandidatesmustnotethathis/heradmissiontotheexaminationisstrictlyprovisional.ThemerefactthatanAdmissiontotheexaminationdoes
notimplythathis/hercandidaturehasbeenfinallyclearedbytheCommissionorthattheentriesmadebythecandidateinhis/herapplicationhave
beenacceptedbytheCommissionastrueandcorrect.
20.Thecandidatesareexpectedtobehaveinorderlyanddisciplinedmannerwhilewritingtheexamination.IfanycandidatetakesawayAnswerSheetof
OMRbasedexamination,thecandidaturewillberejectedandincaseofimpersonation/disorder/rowdybehaviorduringExamination,necessary
F.I.R.forthisincidentwillbelodgedwithconcernedPoliceStation,apartfromdisqualifyinghis/hercandidature.
21.Candidatestryingtouseunfairmeansshallbedisqualifiedfromtheselection.Nocorrespondencewhatsoeverwillbeentertainedfromthecandidates.
22.ThePenalProvisionsofAct25/97publishedintheA.P.GazetteNo.35,PartIV.BExtraordinary,dated:21/08/1997shallbeinvokedifmalpractice
andunfairmeansarenoticedatanystageoftheExamination,apartfromenduringdepartmentfromfutureexamsofTSPSC,OtherStatePublic
ServiceCommissions&UPSC.
