TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Electrical power supply

The plan is that the object should be supplied with electricity via the reconstructed substation 10/0,4 kV
situated within the object. To fulfill the power requirements of the object in question, it is necessary to
plan the following distribution from the low voltage block of the substation 10/0,4kV:

- Terminal 1: GMR 1 technologic users

- Terminal 2: GMR 2 technologic users
- Terminal 3: GMR 3 technologic users
- Terminal 4: GMR 4 technologic users
- Terminal 5: General energy consumption within the object general consumption wiring (
offices, warehouses, production hall lighting, etc.)
- Terminal 6: Supplying the boiler room, air conditioning units, chambers and pumps
- Terminal 7: Supplying the compressor unit
- Terminal 8: Power supply backup APS diesel-electric generator set, power capacity 110kVA
- Terminal 9: Cooling aggregate
- Terminal 10: Cooling aggregate

Types and cross-sections of cables are determined according to the user requirements and the
mode of placing cable terminals.

Production hall power installations

The production hall is planned to have upper engine junction boxes 250 A, in order to connect
technologic users. Switchboxes with safety fuses for connecting technologic users should be supplied at
the expense of the user. 4 upper engine junction box lines are planned, in order to be able to connect
all users, depending on the accepted technologic scheme. The upper engine junction boxes should be
mounted according to the manufacturers instructions.

Production hall and warehouse lighting

Lights type Tornado Eco II TDO 88 W produced by OMS- Slovakia shall be used to illuminate
these areas. The layout and height of mounting the lights shall be done according to the illumination of
500 lx at the working level, not taking into account the influence of the technologic users (according to
the requirements of the ordering party).

The warehouse lighting layout should create a minimum illumination level of 150 lx. The lights
are to be mounted on the pannels and located closest to the transport and communication paths.

The lighting shall be powered via N2XH-J wiring of the appropriate size.

Lighting power supply shall use a separate switchgear assembly, operated manually by cam
switches.
Office area, workshops and other areas

A relevant number of power sockets was planned, according to the layout of work spaces and
the technical requirements of the user. The sockets, air conditioning fans and heating units shall
be powered via N2XH-J wiring of the appropriate size. The cables shall be mounted in perforated
cable trays, DLP channels, inside walls, suspended ceilings, through HF pipes. It is also planned
to install general sockets (servicing, workplaces, etc), for hand-drying units, hot water boilers
and air-conditioning fans in sanitary facilities, etc.

As for the workshops and the charging station, the plan is to install three-phase silumin sockets
and industrial UKO-UTO sockets.

These areas are to be illuminated using LED pannels built-in in suspended ceilings (type
ARMSTRONG, dimensions 60x60cm). Sanitary facilities are to be illuminted by LED panels 30mm, and
workshops and technical facilities using industrial tough polycarbonate fluo-lights 2x36W. The lighting
shall be powered via N2XH-J wiring 3x1,5 mm2. The cables shall be mounted inside walls, suspended
ceilings, through HF pipes.

Exterior lighting

As for illuminating the exterior of the object and the entrances, the plan is to use 40W LED
spotlights. These lights shall be powered via N2XH-J wiring of the appropriate size, from adjacent
switchgear assemblies.

In order to illuminate the surrounding grounds and access roads, it is planned to erect 4 pillars
H=9m, bearing sodium-vapour lamps, powered via grounded PP00-A wiring and a separate switchgear
assembly.

Switching on the exterior lighting (facade and pillars) is to be automatic, by a NTF receiver, set to
the same frequency as the Prokuplje public lighting, as well as manually, via selective switches.

Fire alarm

Project no.___________ prescribes an analog addressable fire alarm system, in accordance with
the existing regulations and standards of the SRPS EN 54 group.
The central unit is supposed to be situated in the entrance hall.
This system requires the following equipment:
- Optical analog addressable fire detectors
- Thermal differential analog addressable fire detectors
- Manual analog addressable fire detectors
- Alarm sirens 112 dB
- Relay exit modules for PP door closing and other equipment
-
The system shall be powered via J-HstH 2x2x0,8 mm and NHXHX FE180/E30 wiring (sirens,
executive modules, PP doors).
Installing the smoke/heat exhaust system

The installation is supposed to be done according to the standards SRPS 12101 and regulations
in power.
The object is supposed to have 56 vents driven by DC electromotors, divided into 11 smoke
sectors (9 inside the production hall and 2 inside the warehouse).
The system shall be powered via NHXHX-J FE180/E90 wiring, that have a 90-minute integrity in
case of a fire.
There is also a possibility of opening the vents manually, via appropriate switches placed inside a
switchgear assembly located on the object faade (behind the power station). It is positioned at a safe
place outside the object, so it cannot be endangered in case of the fire inside the object.
This system is powered from the backup source.

Panic lights

Panic lights are planned along all evacuation paths. These are supposed to be LED light, that can
operate independently for at least 3 hours and that clearly indicate the direction toward the exit. The
lighting shall be powered via N2XH-J wiring 3x1,5 mm2.

Backup power supply

There is a backup supply for safety systems, namely a 110 kVA DA aggregate with an ATS
device. The DA aggregate container block is to be mounted outside.

Within the production hall there is a switchgear assembly with plenty possibility to connect
certain users, according the users requirements.

Systems power installations

Power installations for heating and air conditioning systems are planned in accordance with the plant
project requirements. These requirements include:

- A 225 kW cooling aggregate located outside the object.

- Five 11 kW air conditioning chambers
- A FC device and a fan heater total power 15 kW
- A 8 kW boiler
- Pumps, total power 15 kW
- A three 22 kW compressors
Simultaneity coefficient for all systems is 0.9.
Various automatic elements of the aforementioned devices are not subject to this project.
Lightning protection system

Lightning protection system is constructed according to the relevant regulations. These

regulations prescribe two clamps and an advance arrester with early streamer time of 60s.
The clamps are placed on the roof of the object onto the appropriate pipes, so that the clamp
peak is 5 m above the highest point of the roof. The clamps are then connected with the
grounding system and the roof using the FeZn tape 20x3 mm i 25x4 mm.
The existing grounding / object with existing grounding connections can be used for grounding.
