Remarks:
All Statutory Clearance Applications need clarity and accuracy. Time for preparation /
compilation of such application is indicative. Information required for each application,
including copies of Contract, details of Imports etc. to be provided by the respective company.
It may be advised to Hand Carry Documents/Applications to respective Authority (say DGH)
after consultation with the Applicant in case of urgency, at the cost of the clinet.
All Imports/Exports (Re-Exports) and the permit system are subject to Statutory Laws, Acts,
Rules and Regulations in force.
In case of Second Hand (used) / Reconditioned Equipment / CG Imports, pl allow about 2
extra days for clearance. Chartered Engineer certificate is required.
