A Thirsty Crow
Once there was a crow.He was very thirsty.He flew here and there in search of
water.He saw a pitcher in a garden.But the water was very low.He could not drink it.He
thought of a plan.He put some stones into the pitcher.The water rose up.He drank it and
flew away.
Moral: God helps those who help themselves.

Necessity is the mother of invention.

A Greedy Dog
Once there was a dog.He was very hungry.He stole a piece of meat from a butchers
shop.He ran away.He reached a stream.He saw his own reflection in the water.He took it for
another dog with a piece of meat in his mouth.He opened his mouth to get it.He lost his own
piece of meat.
Moral: Greed is a curse.

The Fox and the Grapes


Once there was a fox.He was very hungry.He went here and there in search of food.But
he did not find any thing to eat.At last,he came to a garden.He saw some bunches of grapes
hanging from a wall.His mouth watered on seeing them.He jumped again and again but
could not reach them.At last,he went away saying,The grapes are sour.
Moral: The grapes are sour.

People pretend to dislike what they cannot.

A WOODCUTTER AND HIS AXE


Once there lived a poor woodcutter. One day he was cutting wood on the bank of a
river. His axe fell into the river. He sat on the bank and began to weep. Suddenly an angel of
mercy appeared. She asked the reason of his weeping. The woodcutter told the whole story.
Mercury dived into the water and brought the golden axe.The woodcutter refused to take
it.Mercury again dived in to the water and brought the silver axe.The woodcutter did not
take it either.Then she brought iron axe.The woodcutter took it gladly.Mercury was much
pleased.He rewarded the woodcutter with the other axes.
Moral: Honesty is the best policy.

WHO BELL THE CAT


Once, a great number of mice lived in a shop.They ate the fresh, tasty wheat and bread
etc. But shopkeeper was concerned about losses. So, he thought a plan. He bought a big fat
cat in his shop.The cat began to catch the mice every day.This was a great cause of worry for
them.They got together and started thinking.Finally, one mouse spoke up.We should tie a
bell around the cats neck.
When bell rings, we will know where the cat is? All the other mice liked the idea.
An old mouse said, Who will bell the cat? None of the mice had an answer.
An old mouse then said, It is easier to talk to do.
Moral: It is easier to talk to do.
THE HARE AND THE TORTOISE
Once, a hare saw a tortoise walking slowly. The hare was very proud and heasked
the tortoise. Shall we have a race? The tortoise agreed. They started the running race.
The hare ran very fast. But the tortoise walked very slowly. The proud hare rested under
a tree and soon slept off. But the tortoise walked slowly and steadily and reached the
goal. At last, the tortoise won the race.
Moral: Slow and steady win the race.
Moral: Never make fun of other.

UNION IS STRENGTH
Once, there was a farmer. He had four sons.They always quarreled with each
other.One-day farmer called them.He asked them to bring a bundle of sticks.Then he
asked them to break the bundles.They all tried but failed.Now he asked them to untie the
bundle and break the sticks one by one. Now they break them easily. At this, farmer said.
If you live like bundle united, nobody can harm you. After that, they never quarreled.
Moral: Union is Strength.

United you stand, divided you fall.

THE LION AND THE MOUSE


A lion was sleeping in a forest. A mouse started playing on lion. The lion was disturbed.
It caught up the mouse and tried to crush the mouse. Then the mouse prayed to leave him
off and assured that mouse would help him. The lion laughed at the mouse.
One day the lion was caught in a net spread by a hunter. The lion roared and tried to
escape but in vain.The mouse heard the lion's roaring and came there. Mouse started
cutting the net with its teeth. The lion escaped and thanked the mouse.
Moral: Do good, have good.

PARENTS AS A BEST TEACHER


Parents shape their children from the beginning. They teach their children moral
values.They share their interests with them.They develop close emotional ties with
them.Parents can be very important teachers in their children's lives. A parent may be
afraid of the child getting hurt. My Parents are guiding star for me. My parents are
great.They ask to offer prayers five times a day.They ask to the Holy Quran daily.My
parents are best teacher for us.
Moral: God loves those who love his fellowmen

My School
This is my school. Its name is The Educator Sardar Ali Campus Fateh Pur. It has thirty
rooms. All the rooms are airy. There is a big play ground in it. There are twenty teachers and
five hundred students in my school. All the teachers are very kind to students. The result of
our school is always very good. I like my school very much.
My Best Teacher
Ali is my best teacher. He is an M.A,B.Ed.He is about forty years old. He teaches us
English. He is a very good teacher.He is hard working. He is punctual. His method of teaching
is very good. He always advises us to work hard. I respect him very much. Our Principal and
staff like him very much.
My Best Friend
Ali is my best friend.He is my class fellow.It is of my age.He lives near my house.His
father is a doctor.His mother is a teacher.He has one brother and two sisters.He is an
intelligent student.He stands first in the class. He is a regular and punctual. He always speaks
the truth.I like him very much.
My Favorite country
Pakistan is my country. It came into being on the 14th August 1947. Pakistan has 5
provinces. Pakistan is a nuclear power.The national language of Pakistan is Urdu.Pakistan is
basically all agricultural country. Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan. I live in Fateh Pur
province Punjab. I like my country very much.Pakistan is my Favorite country.
LITTLE GARDEN
We built a new house. I have a small garden in my House.I have grown flowers with
beautiful colours. It is great joy to me to take care of my plants. In my rest I sit in my
garden and watch the flowers. They refresh my mind. I feel glad and happy. My house
looks very beautiful for my small garden. It gives me such a good feeling. I suggest
everybody to have a garden at his house.

MY HOUSE
House is the place where we are born and live. We built a new house. It has four
rooms.There are six members in our family. I have a small garden in my House. I have grown
flowers with beautiful colours. I daily go to morning walk in my garden. I feel glad and
happy. My house looks very beautiful for my small garden. I suggest everybody to have a
garden at his house.

A MORNING WALK
A morning walk is the best exercise.This time is very pleasant. I go for a morning walk
regularly. I go to a park. The birds sing happily. I walk bare-foot on the grass. Morning walk
gives me health. They refresh my mind. I feel glad and happy. Morning walk is a very good
exercise. It purifies my blood. I enjoy the morning walk very much.
ROAD ACCIDENT
Last Sunday, I saw a road accident. The driver of a car lost his balance at a turn. He
crashed into an electric pole. The driver was badly hurt. We helped him to come out of
the car. He had received a big cut on the forehead. Soon he was carried away to the
hospital. The driver was the only person in the car. The car was badly smashed. This is
unhappiest incident of my life. This is also unhappiest day of my life.

A VISIT TO ANY PLACE (Zoo, Museum, Hospital)


Visit to _______ provide chance to enjoy life. Last Sunday, the weather was cool
and pleasant. I went to ___________ with my family.All the arrangements were perfect.
The weather was very perfect. Cool breeze was also blowing. I reached there after two
hours. _____was beautiful built and maintain carefully. We saw many things there. We
took rest for 20 minutes. I always like to visit ________. I enjoy visits to ____________
very much. I never forget this visit. This is most memorable day of my life.

The Pet that I have/ my favorite pet


I have a pet rabbit. Her name is Bunny. She is very cute. She plays with me. She
hops when she is happy. We play running race. She runs very fast and wins. She loves to
eat carrots. I love my pet rabbit very much. She is beautiful. She is handsome. This is an
amazing thing that I have.

The Cow / The Goat


It is a cow / goat. It is a pet animal. It is of many colours. It has two eyes.It has two ears.
It has two horns. It has a tail .It eats grass. It gives us milk. We eat its meat. It is very useful
animal. It is found everywhere.

It is a chair/table. It is my chair / table. It is made of wood. A carpenter has made it. Its
colour is brown. It is a beautiful chair/table. Its price is five hundred rupees. I bought it from
the bazaar. I like it very much.

The Pen
It is a pen. It is my pen. It is to write. Its colour is red. I bought it from the bazaar. Its
price is fifty rupees. It has three part. Its first part is nib, the second is holder and the third is
the cap. The nib is made of steel. I keep it in my pocket. I keep it with care. I like it very
much.

My Book
It is a book. It is my book. It is an English book. It is made of papers. It has one hundred
pages. It has many colourful pictures. It has a nice cover. I read it daily. It is a good book. I
bought it from the bazaar. Its price is fifty rupees. I keep it I my school bag. I like it very
much.

Quaid-e-Azam
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was born in Karachi on December 25,1876.
Punja Jinnah was his father. He was a rich merchant. He sent him to England to
study Law. On his return to India, he joined the Indian National Congress. Quaid-e-Azam
wanted to see India a free country. But he found at the Congress wanted Hindu Raj in India.
He then left the Congress and joined Muslim League.In 1940 he demanded that India should
be divided into two states,India and Pakistan.As a result of his endless efforts Pakistan came
into being on August 14,1947.He died on September 11,1948.His moto is Faith,discipline and
Unity.May his soul rest in peace.

Allama Muhammad Iqbal


Allama Muhammad Iqbal was born in Sialkot on November 9,1877.His father Shaikh
Noor Muhammad was a pious man.He was our national poet and a thinker.In 1930 at
Allahbad he gave the idea of a separate homeland for the muslims of India.He passed away
on the 21st April,1938.He was buried near Badshahi Mosquein Lahore.
