What is an Official Transcript of Records (ORIGINAL)?

The transcript of records should state the degree obtained the date of
graduation and the S.O. Number (Special Order from the Bureau of Private
Schools).

Considered official are transcript bearing the school dry seal imprint and
signature in ink of the Registrar/Director. Transcript with remarks such as the
following are not acceptable.
